BREAKING: Crash on Route 228 involves pregnant women

CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. – A crash isn’t clogging up traffic on Route 228 right now, but crews are heading to the scene due to a pregnant women being involved.

The car was reported around 11:00 pm. on Monday for a 2-car crash along Freedom Road, near Haine School Road.

Reportedly, both vehicles had made it off of the roadway.

Cranberry Township Police and Cranberry Township EMS are en-route to the scene.

Cranberry Township VFC is currently on the scene of a reported oven fire in Seven Field Borough on Aspen Lane, but have been alerted for the crash also.

It is unknown if the women is injured, but she requested to be checked out by EMS crews.
