Narcan parties Are Real

A new term has been thrown around lately on the internet called “Narcan Parties”. THe scary fact is, they do exist! “Narcan Parties” is where multiple users get into a group, they get high in houses or vehicles, then they overdose. When the EMS or police revive the users, they get a rush which makes the user happy.

Gov. Tom Wolf has made it illegal for users who overdose and are revived to be arrested. That includes anyone on the property of the overdose. For example, if one one user overdoses and is revived, the other users are exempt from being arrested even if the drugs are in plain sight.

In addition to the overdoses in homes, the users are also overdosing in public places such as sidewalks, and Walmart parking lots.
