Slippery Rock woman sentenced

Nicole L. Fiddler, 39, has been formally sentenced after she allegedly stabbed her son in their Slippery Rock home during an argument. Fiddler plead guilty to harassment and disorderly conduct, both summary offenses. Judge William Shaffer also requested she pays $150 in court costs and/or fines.

Fiddler, who resides at 448 Slippery Rock Road, in Slippery Rock Township, was charged by police with felony aggravated assault, and misdemeanor simple assault. The district attorney’s office allowed her to please down to two summary offenses instead.

As Fiddler was in an altercation with another woman while intoxicated, Fiddler’s son got in between them two and she grabbed a knife and cut her sons left hand and wrist.
